Varlet
New: expert teammates, from a wellbeing coach to legal and finance

Say it. Your agents ship it.

Describe a feature from your phone. A team of coding agents plans it, builds it on its own computer, gets it reviewed and merges the PR.

The composer: Message your manager

Say it once

Type it, dictate it or call your manager. "Add dark mode to Settings in acme/todo." That's the whole brief.

Cancel plan, Request changes and Approve plan

Approve the plan

An agent reads the code and writes the plan: steps, checks, what's out of scope. Comment, send it back or approve. Nothing is built before you say so.

The Engineer's live terminal

Watch it build

Each teammate works on its own cloud computer. Open its live terminal and browser any time, or take over.

Pull request merged, 3 checks passed

It merges

It opens the PR, waits for CI and review, fixes what they flag and merges. You get one card that says so.

Everything's in
one thread

Yeah, other agents exist. But plans, builds, PRs, drafts, calls and approvals, all in one conversation with one manager? That's kind of our thing.

Go from Idea → Plan → PR.

Your team needs a manager,
with or without you

The manager hands each ask to the right teammate, answers what it can itself, and only interrupts you for a yes.

On your Mac,
the same team

The same app on Apple silicon: every page in the sidebar, the Manager's page beside the chat, and Return to send.

Built to be safe,
designed to not get in your way

Agents move fast inside hard limits. You set them once, and they hold even when you're not looking.

One computer per agentLogins and files never cross teammates.
Keys scoped per repoAn encrypted vault. Values never show in chat.
Your yes before it sendsMail, texts, calls and posts wait as drafts.
Swipe and hold to spendA chat message can't approve a payment.

One plan.
Every agent.

$50 a seat a month, or $500 a seat a year
  • A manager by voice, chat and phone
  • A team of agents, each with its own computer
  • Every agent CLI, switchable per teammate
  • 120 voice minutes a month; chat has no cap
  • Your data isolated in its own cell. Cancel anytime.

Your agents run on your own Claude account or API keys, billed by each provider directly.

Questions

Is there a web app?

Not publicly yet. Varlet is a native app for iPhone, iPad and Macs with Apple silicon, with Liquid Glass, Live Activities for builds and Siri. The same app also runs in a browser and as an Android app while it is in testing. Ray-Ban Meta glasses work for voice.

When is it on the App Store?

Soon. Leave your email below and we'll send the link the day it's live.

What do I need to bring?

A Claude account or an Anthropic API key, and for other agents their own keys (OpenAI for Codex, Google for Gemini, xAI for Grok). Keys go to your encrypted vault and are never shown again.

How is this different from Grok Bot or Muse?

Muse is one personal agent and Grok Bot runs bots that share one computer. Varlet is a manager that runs a team on any of these agents, each on its own computer, from plan to merged PR. Sources: Meta, xAI.

Is my data kept separate from other people's?

Yes. Each customer gets their own cell: agents, computers, vault and files are isolated. We don't train models on your content. See the Privacy Policy.

Which repos can it work in?

Any GitHub repo you connect. Each build runs in its own branch, opens a PR, and merges only after your checks and review pass.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Cancel from Settings in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period. Settings → Delete account removes your cell, vault, files, chats and history.
